| Provident Fund |
For every employee, DIBUS, together with the employee, contributes to this fund at the rate of 12% of the Basic salary as per the Employees' Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952

| Gratuity |
This is payable as per the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.The Act provides for the payment of gratuity to workers employed in every factory, shop & establishments or educational institution employing 10 or more persons on any day of the proceeding 12 months. |
| Personal Time Off (PTO) |
There are 18 days company-paid Personal Time Off (PTO) available in a year to each employee. DIBUS also offers sabbaticals and bereavement leave under specific circumstances. |
| Maternity Leave |
DIBUS also offers 12 weeks paid maternity leave for its employees. |
| Team Bonus Plan |
The Team Bonus Plan is offered to employees in product development teams. The purpose of the group bonus plan is to reward their performances and the results. |

There are Spot awards, Special Contribution awards and outstanding awards to recognize and appreciate various levels of performance and excellence. |
